TO QUALIFY

Patient must be atleast 18 years of age.

Patient must test positive and screen within 7 days (test documentation is needed) **If patient is needing to be tested and meets the rest of the criteria, we will also cover testing. Patient must test positive & enroll in trial in order to receive compensation.

Patient must have one of the following symptoms- fever, headache, cough, sore throat, loss of taste/smell within 48 hours of screening
